We process the data you provide for the following purposes: delivery of the weekly newsletter, responding to your enquiries, improving editorial content and producing anonymous statistics on the use of the site.

The legal basis for the processing is the express consent you grant when completing the subscription form, as well as Fundelarvo's legitimate interest in disseminating educational content.

Retention periods

We keep your data while you remain subscribed to the newsletter or until you exercise your right to erasure. Anonymous statistics are stored for a maximum of twenty-four months.

You may at any time exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to privacidad@fundelarvo.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

International transfers

We do not carry out international data transfers outside the European Economic Area, except to providers covered by Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
